Who are we?
Bramcon Project Consultants Ltd. was incorporated in 1981 as Bramcom Engineering Ltd. to offer consulting engineering and project management services. As the practice developed, project management became our core business, so we changed our name to better reflect the services we provide. We currently consider our practice to be management consultants to owners undertaking capital projects.
What is our mission?
As Capital Project Specialists, our mission is to discover and develop processes to improve the delivery of capital projects in order that the projects undertaken by our clients meet all their business objectives.
Why use a project consultant?
Because projects are irreversible and must be done right the first time, owners
are engaging project management professionals to team with their own staff
in order to more effectively manage their projects from concept to operations.
How can we help?
Project management services can be complete or partial depending on the degree
of delegation the owner deems necessary to meet his/her wishes or preferences
in the planning and implementation of the project. Bramcon's approach
to all assignments is to determine the appropriate amount of assistance
required by the client and then integrate Bramcon and client personnel
into an effective project team.
